Tom is AWESOME! I met him after it snowed last fall. I called him to schedule snow removal and he was already working a block away! Came right over and took care of what I needed done! Then in January Tom sent me an email when we were about out of wood, offering a steal of a deal on a split cord... and was even able to deliver it all within a couple days.
